Joyous Holiday Season and Happy New Year 2018 !

At this time of the year people gather together to enjoy the holiday season to celebrate and think more about others and how to please those we love.

Sharing and thinking about others is one of the main goals of our organization and for us, as Rotarians, it is part of our mission to make people happy by positively changing the lives of those around us who need it.

Rosa and I felt this spirit of sharing among all the 76 Clubs already visited through their projects and with those who immediately sent their contributions to the fund created for the Irma/Maria Relief. We felt it even more strongly during our recent visit to the Clubs of St Croix, St Thomas and Tortola and the photos, reports received from the islands of St Martin / Sint Marteen, Anguilla and St Barts that we will visit at the end of January 2018 where Rotarians, Rotaractors, in spite of this disaster situation that affected them, immediately set out to coordinate their effort to relieve the suffering of those others more desperate such as the elderly, people in shelters, centers for orphans and others without resources. This strong spirit of sharing and Service Above Self found among our Rotarians makes us even more proud to be Rotarians and part of Rotary District 7020 and I congratulate and thank you all for sharing and caring!

Regardless of our own circumstances, during this celebration it is also a time to enjoy our families and friends and strengthen our Rotarian Fellowship while continuing to Grow Stronger Serve Better our communities.

Rosa joins me in wishing our great Rotarian family a Joyous Holiday Season and a Happy New Year 2018 full of Health, Peace and Love !
