On Thursday 8th August, 2024 the Rotary Club of West Nassau had Public Domain present on the results of the RCWN survey conducted at the end of the last administrative year.

Principal of Public Domain, Mr. M’Wale Rahming, himself a former West Nassau Rotarian, went through the responses received in the survey and provided an interpretation of the data. One of the key takeaways from the survey was that membership engagement needs to be improved. Much discussion was had between the members and Mr. Rahming on what that entails and how success could be measured in that respect.

Many members expressed their views on ideas that can attract many of the non-active members to participate.

In addition,  Ms. Charleen Kerney, President of Rotary Club of New Providence, who was in attendance, shared that many clubs have been seeing the same engagement challenges since the Covid-19 pandemic and offered ideas on how their clubs reaches their members.

The meeting was held at Poop Deck West at Sandyport
